We develop on a customer-specific basis and that includes customer-specific delivery. To do so, we have a range of transport packaging, storage and ordering methods at our disposal.

To deliver your plastic injection-moulded products just-in-time, we make customer-specific commitments. The timing for ordering and delivering the plastic injection-moulded products in line with the agreements made requires communication. To this end, we have an experienced in-house sales and shipping team for daily coordination. The in-house sales department is part of the Supply Chain, keeping the lines of communication short and responding appropriately. Our ICT department is responsible for implementing your automation needs.

Ventilation

Brink Climate Systems

Brink Climate Systems is committed to a better climate, outside and inside. To this end, they develop a host of ventilation solutions. Central ventilation with heat recovery (HR for short) or decentralised ventilation with or without HR. In this climate appliances increasingly contain plastic injection moulded products because of their design freedom, hygiene, weight and ease of assembly. Timmerije was able to do a lot to help us fulfil our requirements.

“Timmerije is not always the cheapest initially but we know it will be done right. They have the expertise and offer the service, quality and delivery reliability we need.”

Timmerije gets involved in a project at an early stage. Particularly in terms of feasibility, choice of materials and the investment required. This increasingly involves issues of sustainable useful life. An appliance should be in operation for at least 15 to 20 years. This means that the appliances you develop now have to incorporate the requirements set for achieving the circular economy.

Zehnder

Zehnder offers solutions for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate for any type of home. They develop and produce a variety of ventilation systems for this purpose in Zwolle. In conjunction with this, Zehnder helps its customers understand and apply the nearly zero-energy building (NZEB) laws and regulations. These set out the requirements for all building and renovation permits for residential and non-residential construction. Zehnder therefore delivers building projects with a healthy, comfortable and energy-efficient indoor climate.

Over the years, Zehnder and Timmerije have together succeeded in developing plastic injection-moulded products with a good time-to-market and a keen eye for optimisation in terms of TCO, process design and materials. Openness and transparency are the key words. ‘We expect Timmerije to keep us informed of developments in the medium term so that we can maintain our advantage. We want to know about them first, and also what they might mean for our market and how we should design our processes.

“Timmerije collaborates with us, from developing plastic injection moulded parts to just-in-time delivery to the job and everything in between”

You have to look at the whole chain and in this we are working together more and more intensively.’ As co-engineer, Timmerije acts as an adjunct to Zehnder. ‘Zehnder designs and then we get around the table to ensure the products are feasible for the application. Mould-making, material selection and tolerances are then discussed in a multidisciplinary team to meet the programme of requirements. In terms of TCO, we also optimise logistics: from automated ordering to how we pack and stack products.
