Product Design

We create a design for you using our injection moulding know-how. This is a more efficient process and completely relieves you of the follow-up steps to a viable product. In addition to our own creativity, we apply methodologies such as Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Circularity. These are methodologies to improve the ‘manufacturability’ of a product during the design phase and future-proof it for long life and reuse of the valuable raw material.

“A future-proof product with a great design”

Engineering

The aim is for us to deliver an optimally manufacturable design of a reproducible plastic injection-moulded product in close collaboration with you, the customer. This is achieved in the form of CO engineering. We use the most up-to-date 3D CAD applications, SolidWorks and Pro-Engineering. For simulation, we have a comprehensive MoldFlow software package.

Production

We operate 24-hour production, 3 shifts 5 days a week, and have over 50 injection moulding machines at our disposal, ranging from 25 to 1,400 tonnes clamping force. These include 10 operational 2-component machines with a clamping force between 75 and 650 tonnes. Most processes are fully automated and customer-specific. We also have a number of flexibly deployable gas injection stations.

Assembly

We have a specially equipped assembly department where they are experts in the process of assembling, testing and packaging your plastic injection-moulded products. Around 50 employees work here daily on “customer-specific” configured assembly lines for this extra added value. Because we carry out this work in-house, there are short lines of communication, allowing us to offer high quality and flexibility.

“Sub-assemblies mean fewer items and costs”

Logistics

To deliver your plastic injection-moulded products just-in-time, we make customer-specific commitments. The timing for ordering and delivering the plastic injection-moulded products in line with the agreements made requires communication. For this day-to-day coordination, we have an experienced in-house sales and shipping team. The in-house sales department is positioned close to the planning department in order to keep the lines of communication short and respond appropriately. Our ICT department will ensure the implementation of your automation needs.

“Order processes are closely coordinated with each other”
