We regularly have our system audited to ensure we continue to operate efficiently and effectively. The objective of IATF 16949 is to promote continuous improvement, minimize variation, reduce waste, and prevent errors. However, as with ISO 9001, the overall objective is to implement a process-based approach that will enhance the quality of business operations.
