Since 2012, Timmerije has been a subsidiary of Hydratec Industries NV, a publicly traded, globally active specialist in industrial systems and plastic components. Thanks to this partnership, Timmerije has a solid foundation for further growth and innovation.
Hydratec Industries
Hydratec Industries develops and supplies industrial systems and plastic components to meet the growing demand for food, healthcare, and mobility. These core activities are carried out by the companies Lan, Royal Pas Reform, Rollepaal, Helvoet, and Timmerije.
Hydratec Industries aims to contribute to meeting the growing global demand in a sustainable manner. This means achieving more with fewer raw materials, but it also means that environmental impact and social acceptance are playing an increasingly important role in everything we and our customers do.
Thanks to our parent company, we — as a plastic injection molding company — have been able to achieve significant growth in recent years and are now ready to take the next step toward future-proof solutions. When designing and manufacturing custom technical plastic parts, we focus on circularity and contributing to a better world. Our shared challenge is to develop plastic products with a long service life that preserve this valuable raw material.
Management team
Our management team consists of the General Manager, the Financial Manager, the HR Manager, the Operations Manager, and the Commercial Manager. When putting this team together, we deliberately sought to ensure broad representation of complementary disciplines, so that both the day-to-day management and the strategic direction of our organization are optimally safeguarded.
The Managing Director oversees the company’s vision, strategy, and overall direction. The Financial Manager ensures financial management, transparency, and data-driven decision-making based on performance metrics. The HR Manager focuses on developing, retaining, and inspiring our employees, with an eye toward culture, sustainable employability, and leadership. The Operations Manager ensures the efficient, high-quality, and safe execution of our production processes. The Sales Manager strengthens our market position by deepening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sustainable growth.
Thanks to this combination of strategic, financial, operational, commercial, and people-oriented expertise, our management team is able to act decisively in day-to-day operations while simultaneously investing in innovation, process optimization, and long-term development. In this way, we are purposefully building a future-proof company in the field of injection molding of customer-specific technical plastic parts, with a focus on quality, reliability, and partnership.
